These Terms govern your access to and use of Tandem ("the Service"), a workforce-management application for event staffing operations. By creating an account or using the Service, the organization you represent ("Customer") agrees to these Terms.
An owner creates an organization and may invite additional users. The owner is responsible for the activity of users within their organization and for the accuracy of the information they enter, including staff and scheduling records.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other organizations, disrupting the Service, or using it to violate applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Customer retains ownership of the data it submits. Tandem processes that data to provide the Service. Where an organization enables medical/patient-care features, additional terms and safeguards apply, including a separate business associate agreement where required.
Paid plans are billed based on active workers per month, as described at sign-up. Fees, trial terms, and plan details are presented before a plan is selected.
The Service is provided "as is." Tandem does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate as described in the plan terms. On termination, Customer may export its data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to organization owners.
